Water resistance refers to the ability of materials to resist water damage.The damage of water to the performance of waste plastic granulator can be reflected in different aspects.The obvious performance is that the mechanical properties show a significant downward trend.Water resistance is expressed by softening coefficient.After absorbing water,the bonding force between the internal particles of the material is gradually weakened,resulting in a decrease in the strength of the material to varying degrees.The larger the softening coefficient is,the stronger the resistance to water damage is,and the stronger the water resistance is.
Now some plastic granules made by small plastic granulators have poor water resistance.What should we do to deal with this?Sometimes these particles are caused by many problems such as cohesiveness,insufficient raw material content,etc.What can we do to solve it?
Increase the compression ratio of waste plastic granulator die plate and improve the crushing fineness.
Adjust the formula appropriately to increase starch content,reduce fat and crude fiber,and add adhesive when necessary.
Improve the waste content of plastic raw materials,adjust the blade angle of waste plastic granulator to extend the tempering time and increase the tempering steam.
For the conditioner interlayer of waste plastic granulator heated by steam,we can add post curing stabilization equipment.
At the same time,we should pay attention to the selection of cooling time and cooling air volume suitable for waste plastic granulator to avoid affecting the hardness and anti-wear performance of particles.
